  • Q Is It Healthy To Sleep With A Humidifier On All Night?

    A Studies have shown that running a cool mist humidifier all night usually comes with no significant risk to health. Generally, humidifiers are safe to use for extended periods, and some say they experience better sleep from having a humidifier. However, while it’s technically safe for health, you typically should not use a mist humidifier overnight, as leaving any electrical device running unsupervised increases the risk of a fire breaking out. Still, humidifiers can help improve the general comfort of a room before trying to get to sleep.
